You can order now for 7:30pm. The kitchen receives the order at the right moment, not immediately: that is what separates a scheduled order from an order sitting in a corner.
The problem is not eating later. The problem is the rush: at 1pm every kitchen in the neighbourhood is late at the same time. An order scheduled for 2:30 is cooked by a calm kitchen.
